Dr Daniel Chatfield

Daniel firmly believes that everybody from every background has a right to access high quality, evidence-based healthcare. In a world of complicated healthcare systems and unrestricted information (and misinformation) online, Daniel stands as an advocate for his patients, working with multidisciplinary teams to provide the best quality of life to his patients.

On the weekends, he and his wife love exploring the beautiful country and local wildlife. Daniel is a keen wildlife photographer who branches into underwater photography while scuba diving. He is also an unashamed geek, running Dungeons and Dragons games, sometimes with a guest appearance from one of the foster dogs he and his wife care for.

Born and raised in London, England, Daniel completed his medical training in Yorkshire where he learned the style of holistic, evidence-based, and lifestyle focused medicine he still practices today. After medical school he moved to Warwickshire, home of William Shakespeare, to continue practising hospital medicine and surgery, including lung and geriatric medicine, as well as major trauma.

Daniel later moved to London where he excelled in General Practice training, pursuing additional qualifications in Dermatology, Women’s Health and Aesthetic medicine in prestigious institutes from Queen Mary University to Harley Street.

During the COVID pandemic Daniel worked with local communities to build COVID “Hot Clinics” treating COVID19-positive patients to keep them out of hospitals, and helped deliver COVID vaccines to the public, including at the Arsenal football stadium.

After more than a decade of training, Daniel and his wife relocated to Melbourne, Australia and couldn’t be happier.
